From Da Nang to Hanoi

A cheaper way to get from Da Nang to Ninh Binh is by sleeping bus, the average ticket price is $25. These buses usually depart at 2:30 pm and arrive in Ninh Binh at 8:15 am the next day.
From Da Nang to Phong Nha
Because trains can’t take you directly from Da Nang to Phong Nha, you have to reach to Dong Hoi first, then continue your journey to Phong Nha by another kind of transportation. You can start your journey by train at 2:23 am, 10:03 am, 12:45 pm, 1:35 pm, 6:45 pm, or 11:04 pm, and get off at Dong Hoi Station after 6 hours. From Da Nang to Hue

It takes you around 9 hours to get from Da Nang to Hue by train with the price for one ticket from $10 to $16.
Another way to get from Da Nang to Hue is by bus. This is a very popular way, especially for the local. There are both sitting and sleeper ones run on this route. The sitting buses usually depart daily 8:00 am and 3:15 pm while the sleeper ones depart at 9:00 am and 2:30 pm. All of them will arrive in Hue after around 3.5 – 5 hours. The sitting buses are usually more expensive than the sleeper ones. You may pay $10 for a sleeper ticket, and $15 for a seat on the sitting minibus.
From Da Nang to Nha Trang
Both Da Nang and Nha Trang are ones of the most visited cites in Vietnam and the traveling distance is 520 km. Therefore; the transportation between the two cities is very convenient, you can choose to travel by plane, train, or bus.
There are 7 daily trains run from Da Nang to Nha Trang which depart at 1:21 am, 7:50 am, 9:55 am, 11:23 am, 1:41 pm, 8:06 pm, and 10:36 pm. A journey can take around 9 hours and cost from $28 to $45 for a seat.
Buses from Da Nang to Nha Trang are usually sleeper ones, most of them are very modern and comfortable. They depart at 3 pm every day and arrive in the station of Nha Trang City at 7 am of the next day. The average ticket price is around $30.
From Da Nang to Da Lat
Tourist bus seems to be the cheapest way to get from Da Nang to Da Lat. It can take you to Da Lat City with some stops and might change the bus, and the cost is also cheap, from $30. Another way is to take a train from Da Nang to Nha Trang, then take a bus from Nha Trang to Da Lat. Dat Lat is about 140km far from Nha Trang, and it takes you 4 – 5 hours to travel from Nha Trang to Da Lat by bus. You have to pay $10 or $12 for this bus journey. You can book the ticket of Phuong Trang (Futabus), Hanh Café, or The Sinh Tourist.
The best way is to take plane from Da Nang to Da Lat, there is only 1 flight daily with Vietnam Airlines. Cost is from 90 – 120 USD/ticket.
From Da Nang to Mui Ne
Because there is no train station in Mui Ne so you have to get off at the closest one in Binh Thuan, Binh Thuan Railway Station. Trans from Da Nang to Binh Thuan depart daily at 1:21 am, 7:50 am, 9:55 am, 11:23 am, 1:41 pm, and 10:36 pm. The journey will last more than 13 hour with the price from $38 to $54. After getting off the Binh Thuan Station, take a taxi or a local bus no.9 to reach Mui Ne.
Another way is taking a sleeper bus departing at 3:30 pm every day. And you will reach Mui Ne directly after 21 hours, at 12:30 pm. Each seat can cost around $30.
Or you can take an open bus from Danang to Mui Ne. It takes around 21 hours for this journey and you have to pay around $30 for a ticket.
From Da Nang to Saigon
For such a long journey from Da Nang to Saigon, plane is always a top choice. The second option is taking the train. Trains run on this route depart daily at 1:21 am, 7:50 am, 9:55 am, 11:33 am, 1:41 pm, and 10:36 pm. The whole journey will last around 17 hours. And the ticket price is from $45 to $68.
Bus can also be an alternative. A bus journey from Da Nang to Saigon lasts longer than 1 day, around 28 hours. These buses usually depart in the afternoon from Da Nang and get to Saigon in the evening of the next day. For example, one will depart at 3 pm and arrive in Saigon 7 pm (+1). The ticket price is cheaper than train, around $30.
