Tra Que Herb Village, the unique green travelling experience inside Hoi An city.

Tra Que Herb Village is more than 3 km from Northwest of Hoi An town and less than 20 km from South of Da Nang. The village possesses 220 agricultural households, including 130 households specializing in growing rotational vegetables on the area of 40 hectares. Moreover, Tra Que Herb Village is famous for its over 20 kinds of leafy vegetables and spices, especially many kinds of vegetables, such as basil, perilla, and other herbs in Vietnam. The specialty here is when mixing these vegetables together will create a boom of taste, the complexity of four flavors: spicy, sour, sweet, and bitter.

Thanks to the special flavor that Tra Que vegetables have contributed to the famous traditional food in Hoi An and Quang Nam. Onions, cilantro together with salad served in sour soup like crab noodle or Bun Rieu Cua in Vietnamese; or basil, and green onions used in mixed dishes in the Cam Nam.
