Ngoc Son Temple is located in the heart of Hoan Kiem Lake, just outside Hanoi Old Quarter. Situated on a small island in the middle of Hoan Kiem Lake, Ngoc Son Temple is one of the most poetic and peaceful landscapes in Hanoi. Visitors just walk around the lake, then crossing the The Huc Bridge to the temple.
From the bridge, visitors can enjoy the panoramic view of Ngoc Son Temple and the Turtle Tower in the distance. This is one of the most beautiful panoramic lake view. Visitors can walk to the temple from almost every other sight in the city center. Several streets allow parking around the lake. Temples are open daily and need to buy tickets for sightseeing, with preferential rates for students and children. The ticket counter is located near the crossing to Ngoc Son Island.
